RealEstateFlow OS provides a cloud-based platform for real estate deal management, commission tracking, and team collaboration. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You may not share your account credentials with others

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with our services
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our services for illegal or harmful purposes

5. Payment Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We claim no ownership rights over your content. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstateFlow OS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We will provide you with an opportunity to export your data.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our platform.
